There are times when I truly wonder what's the best way to handle sadness, for example. Do you admit that you're sad or do you just try to move on? It's one of those vague things at least for me because I've been hearing that you have to let it out and take time to rusticate in the middle of your sadness. But, I also have been hearing that you just try to move on and keep yourself busy. Of course I may have been listening wrong but when I find myself doing one or the other and still feel that I'm in a rut, I go back to my core belief that there is someone I could still talk to. I just have to take that step and ask for help. (2020)
